Product Researcher

We’re currently looking for a Product Researcher to drive impact through multiple research methodologies and tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Define, design, execute and socialize a range of research studies that build a strong understanding of existing and future audiences and their experiences around the world.
• Conduct competitive research or analyze a product's features and functions to identify any required improvements;
• Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences.
• Minimize business risk by ensuring a successful product launch;
• Identify best practices in existing and emerging research methodologies.
• Proactively seek improvements in the research process and methodologies.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS 

• 4+ years working as a user experience researcher on digital products
• Expertise in conducting end-to-end user research studies; planning, recruitment, execution, analysis and delivery.
• Experience in CRO tasks, using tools such as Google Optimise, A/B Test, etc.
• An expert’s understanding of methodological rigor and validity in research and how to get the most out of a project with tight constraints
• Expertise in a wide variety of research methodologies and an ability to apply them to problems of varying size and scope
• You have excellent collaboration skills and enjoy working as part of a cross-functional team.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, with a can-do and helpful attitude and good communications skills
• Remote position. Candidates must be based in Spain.
