REQUIREMENTS and SKILLS

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer, working with Agile methodologies.

  • Strong analytical, creative thinking and collaborative skills.

  • Strong sense of visual design and the ability to help define and work within visual guidelines.

  • Fluency with web design principles and best practices.

  • Comfortable working across the product development life-cycle: ideation, strategy, concept work on details, implementation, and iteration.

  • Ability to quickly master technical skills in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Experience using graphic design software, including but not limited to Figma, Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop).

  • Familiarity with web UI technologies like CSS3, HTML.

  • Remote position. Candidates must be based in Spain.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct research and analyze data to understand user needs and generate design hypotheses.
  • Design user stories, wireframes and prototypes to bring ideas to life, in collaboration with the Product, Technology, and Marketing teams.
  • Develop interactive prototypes for user testing and rapid iteration.
  • Consider information architecture and overall user experience when mapping outflows and recommending next steps.
  • Participating in UX research and usability studies.
  • Develop and own product roadmaps, and maintain a prioritized feature backlog.
  • Participating in, and contributing to, regular design and quality reviews and other team-wide design efforts.
